Returns, Refunds & Damages

RETURNS

 

Once you receive your item(s) you have 14 days to request a return. You can get in touch by sending me a direct message on Instagram. 

Please ensure any item(s) are returned in the same condition, unused, exactly as you received. If the item is not returned in its original condition any refund may be reduced accordingly.

The buyer is responsible for all postage costs and your item must be received within 30 days.

You will be refunded for the items only, this does not include my postage costs. 

 

Unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns of custom orders due to the nature and time involved.

 

 

DAMAGES / DEFECTS

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if the item is defective or has been damaged in transit. All damages must be confirmed with photographic evidence and reported within 48hours of receiving your item. You will be offered a full refund or, a replacement of your item.
