Shipping policy
I ship internationally. All orders are sent with tracking. You'll receive your tracking number in your dispatch email, which you will get once your package is on its way.
Custom Charges. Please be aware that your country may charge customs duties if there is no current arrangement with the UK. This includes the EU after Brexit. I cannot take responsibility for any customs duties, or delays caused by your local customs office.
Shipping charges are based on your location, and order size and are calculated at checkout. These charges can vary very slightly. This can result on your order being slightly over charged or under charged on the actual shipping costs. I try to keep this as accurate as possible. I do not refund any excess shipping charges or try to claim any under charges unless there is a significant error.

Unfortunately, if there is a problem and we are not notified within 48 hours, although we will do our best to help you with the issue, we will not be held liable for any delays, charges, returns, and or losses. This is especially relevant for those customers who may need to pay customs duties. Failure to deal with a customs charge quickly can result in a complete delivery failure. We cannot accept responsibility for this.
